On a serious note he does seem to be well liked and from Townsend's comments last night, the way the players celebrated with him and that video of Dunc taking training post-Benitez... He seems like someone who genuinely gives his all in training.
Obviously, we should have never signed him nevermind give him a 2 year deal but I don't think his attitude can be questioned despite how utterly garbage he is at times.

Got lucky with both goals really as the keeper should have done better, I was right in line with his missed header and honestly it was easier to score than head over.
Perhaps the goals will take the pressure off and he might be a half decent back up for DCL's annus horribilis, but more than likely v better opposition he looks out of his depth still.

Mad but not surprising that people have forgotten how bad Tosun is. After a long enough spell out of the team we had people calling for bloody Besic to start games last season. Rondon is terrible but people only think Tosun is better because he hasn’t poisoned their eyes as much recently.
Tosun, as bad as he is, occasionally looks like a professional footballer, Rondon looks like Rondon.
