My post was mostly in jest, of course, but to say we were a top 7 side is completely wrong.

The only teams who spent more than us in January were the RS, Arsenal, Citeh and Chelsea. In the summer only Citeh and Chelsea outspent us. Despite this we are being outperformed by Leicester and, more depressingly, Burnley, whilst struggling against the likes of West Brom and Bournemouth. But, you know, everyone got extra TV money so we're all the same now.

Have to agree with this. I cannot stand Allardyce and I want him gone ASAP, but let’s at least admit the facts......

We were a top 7 team with Lukaku, but let's face reality, that team we had pre-Tosun, Walcott and Coleman was fit for nothing.

So would probably 15 other clubs in this league. Are we seriously blaming BS for possibly loosing against 2 of the most deadly attacking sides in the prem ?? I blame him for many things, the distain he has shown the fans, the constant me me me rhetoric after every game....loosing to them two ?? Nah I don't see any manager we have had for the last 2 decades getting anything from them games. And dont point out the Moyes always did well against City...they were not the side they currently are.

We stuffedCity 4-0 last year and almost beat them but for a really unlucky deflection or miss clearance by Holgate...can’t quite remember
