So Sam stays.

Let's just get behind him and look forward to a new season and see what he can do. Any negativity is only going to hinder our progress. Positivity is the best thing for results, negativity will only damage our chances.
Or we could all not turn up to the last home game against Southampton. Not like you're going to miss anything.

To be fair to him he spoke a lot of sense about the squad and plans for it, i think it also telling that preseason is in place.

I have a bit of sympathy for Sam to be honest, given our position, poor recruitment and general atmosphere when he arrived he has done alright, its management 101 to get back to fundamentals and dont take risks when you are starting from a low ebb. I think if Silva had done the exact same there wouldn't be the witch hunt and he would be given some slack.

For a manager to be gone you need three things, loose the fans, loose the players and loose the board. There is a fair cohort of fans rightly or wrongly who just dont like him, i think he definitely has the support of the other two factors.

There will be an announcement from Everton over the next few days saying that he will be leaving the club at the end of the season. I am certain of it now after listening to what he said and looking at his mannerisms. Announcement might even be today to try and get rid of any more abuse from supporters at tomorrows match but more than likely before the last home match so it is more hospitable and for the players after match pitch walk etc.

Massive trolling from the gravy sniffer

Most sensible fans like myself can see right through this fraud Moshiri and know absolutely that Allardyce is here next season.
Or you could say. Most sensible fans can see right through this fraud Allardyce and that hes just doing this to wind up the fans.

Personally, I'd rather wait for a club announcement before breaking out the champagne. I think Kings connection is with the old regime at Goodison and I'm not entirely convinced that there isnt some sort of power struggle going on within the club.

Just watched it, he is gone and knows it.

He just talks crap, he is selective with his games when talking about us being “entertaining”.... how he has the arrogance to mantion Simeone in the same sentance as him just shows what type of man he is.

He’s going.

If Moshiri had of told him that he was staying, he would have been shouting it from the rooftops.

He’s having us on, but just to be sure, Come on Huddersfield!!
He would of loved rubbing it in our faces if hed been given the vote of confidence, I mean he hates us as much as we hate him.

3 more games fatboy :bye::bye:

Planning for pre season is pretty standard. There’s only so much stuff you can do in terms of arrangements and none would be that contentious to any new manager coming in. Sounded like pretty much deadbatting from Allardyce there. Imagine what he’d be like if he was staying!

He never undersells himself.

He knows he is gone, we know his is gone and he will be pulling the line until the end of the season.

Once Brands is in, we will see movement.

Maybe it’s a dig at simeone because Simeone is going to be our new manager...... :D
