Good news Sam is being given the chance to continue next season - he deserves the opportunity for getting us out of a very bad position to currently 8th place - especially in a year when it looks like the likes of Southampton, Stoke and West Brom will be relegated

Hopefully he / the team will get better fan support next season - that might help us do even better...

lol

It works better if you`re a bit more subtle.

Not defending fridge head by any means, seeing the “email the club” thing going on this week, how can the focus be solely on him when he’s clearly just one of a few problems. Why for example does the chairman get a pass? How is the likes of Moshiri and the board , who have been there for years , still be trusted after years of mishaps resulting in this seasons antics?

I don’t want him as manager by any means but surely more of you out there can see he’s just part of a collective issue here?

As things stand it's as plain as the nose on your face that he's here next season. No way would he be winding anyone up about staying and using the owner as a prop in that wind up.

We have to take this at face value. He's clarified what's happening this summer and he's been told to prepare for next season. It really cant be seen any other way and it's a massive stretch to think otherwise. He's got us to 8th and he gave Moshiri a decision to make. Moshiri brought him in to protect his investment and he's done that in spades. If it wasn't for the angst concerning style then Moshiri would be in clover with this situation right now.
This is all very depressing.

I like to think Sam is currently sat in his office logged into the forum rubbing his hands together as he decides which thread to leap into and cause carnage in next.

Probably noticed the Martina thread has been a bit quiet so we can expect him to release news of a new contract for him shortly.
