If he’s going to be here next season Moshiri will have to some major spending and off field changes otherwise the fans will be in full revolt. Can’t see it.

Ozyakup any better than Tosun?
Ozyakup is a good mid-fielder just like Cenk Tosun being a good striker. Together, they may help Everton win few more points, but that's not enough to compete with top 5 teams in the PL.

Very annoying.

He was basically saying: "there's the top teams, now STFU and concentrate on getting 7th again."

I don’t know what he was saying at the start of the season but there were plenty of pundits suggesting we would mount a serious challenge. Seems bizarre that they then trot out the same tired old nonsense.

In BBC Live Text during the game, just after Southampton scored, someone posted 'Allardyce an expert at saving teams from relegation'.

Watched it with a ex Chelsea player...

He kept pointing out the complete lack of movement when we had the ball...totally static.

Also commented on how awful bolasie was...but nothing about other players...all about the movement.

Needless to say he said a better side than Southampton would have won 4 nil today.

I think allardyce has only been working on defence and long ball.

If it wasn’t for Pickford and Coleman, our defence statistics would be diabolical. As a whole, they are awful. Looks good as we haven’t conceded loads recently. But if BS has been working on defence, I don’t know what he has been doing, as we just invite them to run at us and shoot over and over again and hope for last minute blocks or Pickford saves.

Sorry, but I`d say that what divides anti and pro Allardyce posters, is that one group has a set of eyes and a brain, the other group doesn`t appear to have either of those things.
You really can't read properly or comprehend can you. On many posts I've stated that Allardyce has done his job and I don't want him here next season. I just don't see the point of having to return to the schoolyard to prove it. Still if making personal insults against someone who will never read them makes you feel better about yourself.... On you go!

Its funny that he says its only a few that dont like him,so if that was the case why did he not come out for the walk around,[if he didnt come out later etc]

Who knows...

Id say Coleman, Holgate and Pickford should be first choices next season...but we still lack another starting centre back and left back.

Someone please help me understand....

As of now there are 62 votes for giving Allardyce next season to "see what he can do". My question is, where are they? Why do we only hear from the odd one or two? I know some will be kopites who have voted, but there will still be a fair amount who seriously want to keep him.

Surely some of you must have the courage of your convictions. No one can bite you on the internet for voicing an opinion. It just seems strange when there is a "Change your Vote" option, that there is still a significant number of you who see this man as our future for at least the next 12 months.

If your a champion of his, imagine your sitting across from me in a chair and explain the rationale, calmly and without resorting to insults how we as a club would benefit from sticking with this manager and DOF as opposed to perusing a new course with a new, probably younger hungrier manager with some new ideas and passion.

Also, If we keep Allardyce, can you explain what we should do at the end of next season when we have played similar football to what we have seen this season and are in the same situation as we are in now? Should we change manager then or extend his contract?
