Yes we did you are right, not all moves pay dividends...

The fact is we were lucky to scrape a 1-1 draw tbh...

Let's hope we have a good summer in the transfer market & get rid of the dead wood at start afresh next season...

Not all decisions come off, you're right.

But if you consistently make the most negative one you can imagine then it should hardly be a shock that we carry no threat to the opposition goal.

We actually got worse and had less control of the ball when we went to 5 at the back with 2 defensive midfielders though. Shock.

It was a dour performance to say the least...

We need a good clear out with some good incoming buys too next season...

Is a bit mad how the fans have gone from "GET MARTINEZ OUT, NOW!", to "GET KOEMAN OUT, NOW!", to "GET ALLARDYCE OUT, NOW!" in the space of what, two years, having previously put up with Moyes for 11.
Moyes built honest, hardworking teams who always gave their all until the final whistle. Fair enough they fell short due to lacking that extra little bit of quality, but there was always a connection with the fans that the team no longer has.

I would have been intrigued to have seen Moyes team with Lukaku up top. Could have cracked the glass ceiling. Would not have collapsed like bobby’s Team did in his one good season, that is for sure.

Tbh Tim Iroegbunam looked at our team this evening & I could see we were going to struggle...

Would've been no different than when we had yak up top, close but no cigar

The reason we went 3 at the back was to match our opponents who were enjoying more possession than us, it also released Baines & Coleman to push up higher as wing backs...

That is the exact opposite of what happened my friend. Sams negative ‘let’s keep what we have’ attitude saw to that.

The fact he went to a flat back 4 AFTER we went behind, and we were chasing a point (god forbid we may have went did a win before the scored), destroys every argument you may have.

Also _ I proper fkin hate everton right now.

Stella’s are done for tonight. Adios.
