The good football will come I think, Big Sam just knows that you have need an organized team above all. When the defence's sorted, we'll start playing more free flowing attacking football as well.
Whoever came in as manager would have had to do it Sams style if they wanted to sort out the mess Koeman left us in. I never expected fancy football from the off, what we have seen is exactly what I expected, making us a solid hard to beat unit what was needed for most and that's what same has done. January additions (if any) will dictate how our football style will improve.

I'm warming to him. Evertonians like good football, we also like winning (not losing) football more. I'll take away wins like that, and hopefully more controlled/dominant games at Goodison please.

Love the snide
This. I expect us away from home to just grind results, and at home put out more dominating performances as time goes on.

I'm buzzing. NEA.

Shouldn’t you be on the transfer thread trotting out your side splitting hilarious “We’re in for Lee Cattermole” quips for the 10 millionth time? Never gets tiresome...

I thought it was you.

Sam has in a short amount of time got the team to defend as a unit. It's not pretty but we need the points before style at the minute.

Got to say Sam is growing on me. The improvement in the defence in a short period of time is amazing, only a few weeks ago we conceded 9 goals in 2 games and you look at us now and it's 1 goal in 3/4 depending on if you count the West Ham game.
Pickford had 1 clean sheet all season, now he's had 4, 3 in his last 4 games.

10 points in 4 games, great turn around 7 under Sam. 9 points off 4th yet we all thought we where going down

Aside from Liverpool we have played some really poor teams, let's wait and see how it goes. Best to review him after the season ends.
Agreed. But it was these same poor teams we were losing to, prior to sam’s arrival. Hopefully the wins will breed confidence to take forward into the more challenging fixtures.
