The full backs are awful going forward, so not sure why you would play a system that requires them to be bombing on for you to have any sort of attacking threat.

Davies, Lennon, Calvert-Lewin, Niasse, Schneiderlin... They're just some of the average players we're so reliant on. You can't be expecting that bunch to be winning you many games, not away from home anyway - regardless of the opposition.

Game was crying out for a Vlasic. Niasse shoulda started obviously as Dom played a couple of days ago and we should have controlled the game. 3 at the back was asking for trouble (luckily they defended those set pieces well). We invited pressure all game and we didn't have anyone in the midfield that could make vital interceptions. I'D HOPE that Sam searches his soul and realizes that isn't good enough. In the big scheme of things, a draw isn't half bad away from home. The performance has to be much better though. If we had conceded, I can almost guarantee there was no way back with how we approached that game.

I fear for the entire generation of young player development at this club if we let Sam deploy his hoof tactics. He can’t even train them to hoof properly. No reason to keep him beyond this season.

Parking the bus against 2nd from bottom opponent is the final straw for me to confirm his legacy here.

You cant really knock him - he is working with what he has got. Attacking wise we are abysmal. At the moment and whilst Rooney is rested/out there is zero creativity apart from Sig on set-plays. It's not SA's fault - we bought the players - we should be happy he is getting points on the board. This team would have continued to lose under Koeman, Unsworth. He has done well to make us much more solid but going forward we remain horrendous.

I don't think he really needed to play 5 at the back today though, do you? Basically gave up an attacking player to sure things up against second from bottom.

3 draws and 3 wins in the league. No decent striker in the side. No dangerous attacking wingers.

Sack him though.

Nobheads.

Whilst we are at it - someone tell that Davies to cut his hair and pull his socks up. That lad thinks he is far better than what he actually is. Terrible today but in his own mind he is Iniesta. He won't cut it long term unless he stops prioritising his image and knuckles down to improving as a footballer.
