Oh dear when people make statements like that they are usually living in their own sad little lives complaining that everyone else is in denial
I wonder if you make the same .. I am the only realist here .... comments in other aspects of your life
I feel sorry for you
My world is very real very solid and very grounded thank you
I just have a passion for my football club

Ok

As does pretty much everyone on here, except the Turks obviously.

But in your previous post you've basically said you won't remove your blue tinted specs, so that's a pretty close minded mindset. If anything comes off as a bit sad then I'm afraid it's that mate.

I agree
If it is sad to love my football club then I am happy to be the only blue in the village

Bit strong but hey ho

Haha don't be a drama queen, we all love them, and hate them in equal measure. It's just you've called someone that's open to debate and willing to discuss things sad because you love der blooz more than anyone else.

No.

i have apologised
I agree
Though there are a few of you popping at me for just saying I am a fan
In my opinion telling me I don’t live in the real world and you do us also pretty strong

Accepted
Only a bit of advice as a pinch of realism helps conquer the mounds of disappointment

No.
I have never said I live the blues more than anybody else
What is sad is even after I apologise for crossing the line with miff .. and I did cross the line ... that you now decide to hound me and call me names when you weren’t even part of the original discussion
Please show me where I said I love the blues more than anyone else and I will happily donate to the charity of your choice

You found it interesting? I found it ridiculous and totally indicative of what a moronic clueless blob we have in charge. Does he not remember the Swansea game or realize that his claim will be a self fulfilling one strictly due to his tactics? It's really strange seeing so many people seem happy with him as manager.

..I think he’s done terrific. I also like his interviews. What I don’t know is whether he can make the transition from this group of players to a squad that offer threat and goals. That’s the real challenge facing him.

I wouldn’t take his ‘clean sheet’ quote literally, as you say there are games where we’ve scored 2 or more. I think it’s more about the strategy with this group of players at his disposal. We were getting thumped regularly before he came. We were getting thumped by poor teams, it didn’t get much worst than Southampton away. He made us more secure defensively but in doing so the team are simply not good enough in possession. We don’t look like scoring, hence the realistic claim that we need to keep clean sheets.

Folk have a stereotypical view of him but I think he’s done as well as anybody could with this group of players. He deserves nothing but praise for that. Where he takes us from here is the real challenge but I don’t think he should be criticised for what he’s done to this point.

I'm not hounding you mate, it's a forum and I replied to you for being wrong, that's it.

He's accepted your apology so move on.

why did Koeman leave Southampton
why did Sam come out of retirement
both cited the opportunity to manage a massive club such as ours
we may not be performing as well as others just niw but our history our class our style and fantastic fan base make us a huge ...if sleeping in terms of performance...club IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE 80 90 performances we are WAY BIGGER THAN THAT
get behind us INSTEAD of rubbishing our legacy

Or they came for the big fat wedge they'd get to be hired and/or fired.
