After saying all the squad needed was coaching he now declares he needs money and new signings, not to mention the disrespectful "big boys" comment, the Alardisation of the fanbase continues. I cannot believe that fans fall for this crap and try and justify his appointment or worse support it. Get rid.

any reason why every one of your posts is either about bashing big sam, or to mention the RS?

This is a sad truth.

The club has accepted a place among the Wee 14.

It is only the Everton fanbase which is raging against the downgrading of our club by the Goodison hierarchy.

I know some people won’t like the comparison, but he reminds me an awful lot of Roy Hodgson when he was across the park and at England. Constantly trying to lower expectations and make it seem like the job he’s doing and the task that was given to him was nothing short of monumental and that he’s “giving it his all” despite those nasty big bullies having more money.

Calm down brother it's easy to make a mistake nobody is being ignorant...
I thought it was pretty obvious that the reference to ignorance was in relation to the other poster who had accused somebody of 'wilful ignorance' for knowing what our league position was but apologies if it wasn't. I just couldn't be bothered splitting up the reply into sections.

That is just nonsense.
He never said that he didn't need to sign players, a blind man could see the areas in the squad that needed strengthening.

We can all see that his coaching has worked defensively as we have hugely reduced the number of goals conceded. The challenge now is to become more creative and to score goals. The signing of a striker will help bring more balance to the team and will help our creative players to be more effective.

There has been a lot of games since Sam took over and in the last few week it has been about trying to get players ready to play rather than having lots of time for coaching.

I am not a particular lover of Sam as Everton manager but I at least try to be balanced in the way I look at things.

Moyes and Kenwright were doing that for years

My bad hombre!

From the presser:

"Players still can't understand the transition from a defensive team to in an attacking one".

Well don't play 7 defensive players against west bloody brom then.

"Barkley is fit for selection but medical staff still not releasing him."

What does this even mean?

He didn't against United and look how that turned out

Our 80's and 90's achievements don't make us any better on the pitch today or any more attractive to signings.
why did Koeman leave Southampton
why did Sam come out of retirement
both cited the opportunity to manage a massive club such as ours
we may not be performing as well as others just niw but our history our class our style and fantastic fan base make us a huge ...if sleeping in terms of performance...club IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE 80 90 performances we are WAY BIGGER THAN THAT
get behind us INSTEAD of rubbishing our legacy

Yes it does

It doesn't at all, most players aged 20-30 won't have seen us win anything, so won't relate to us as a successful club.
The main base of our success was over 30 years ago and we HAVE become irrelevant to anyone who doesn't support Everton.........that's the truth unfortunately

...he does say some insightful comments in his press conferences.

Today he said he had to rotate the squad over this busy period and indicated we weren’t as solid at the back as we had been. I thought it interesting when he said we had to keep a clean sheet to win games, suggesting we can’t be relied upon to score more than one goal.
You found it interesting? I found it ridiculous and totally indicative of what a moronic clueless blob we have in charge. Does he not remember the Swansea game or realize that his claim will be a self fulfilling one strictly due to his tactics? It's really strange seeing so many people seem happy with him as manager.
