He did improve it. This is the first time it's happened under him, which is not what we can say about Koeman and Unsworth. It was never addressed under them.

He had a lovely run of games like Swansea at home. We've conceded 11 goals in the last 6, it's happened under him plenty.

Koeman, bad. Unsy, bad. And now we can definitively say Allardyce has been a bad appointment too.

3 wins in 11.

Something like 7 shots on target in the last 6 games would have some people scratching their head at that comment mate.

Key word being "trying"

We don't have players good enough in the final 3rd when we're not playing defensively. We don't have a finisher, a ball carrier, or much pace.

May change with Tosun, who impressed me today.

Shocking.....

Stop hand-picking your stats. The last 6 have included Chelsea, United, Spurs and Liverpool. Is that a lovely run of games?

I'm not saying he's the long-term appointment, but there has undoubtedly been an improvement. Any reasonable fan would say he's done a decent enough job so far given the state of what awaited him.

Well the faults existing for most of the season were there for all to see in the 2nd half, we saw it under Koeman and Unsworth. The question will be if Big Sam can do anything different between now and the end of the season , if he can’t then he goes at the end of the season.

He is trying to give the fans what they want as well as win games, which is not working in his favor. Until we get a stable unit in, we are going to go through lapses like today and get railed unless we parallel park on the goal line like we did his first few games here.

That's bollocks though. We have man united and England's record scorer, a £45m attacking mid with stats up there with the best prem attacking mids, Klaassen and sandro got 35 goals between them last season.
