Maybe playing the back 4 that kept clean sheets rather than all the combos that didn’t would be a start. Rooney was ok in deep midfield wasn’t he? Let’s move him to number 10. Lennon and Kenny linking up well? Let’s break up that combo for injured Bolasie.

He’s digging his own grave here. Massive pressure on the WBA game.

It’s a little bizarre to be honest, particularly the defence. Just keep same team and swap out players for injuries but he’s swapped it around and it’s been a resounding failure.

Indicative of how far we have fallen.

Appointing Sam Allardyce was not only damaging in terms of the fact he's [Poor language removed], but also in terms of perception. When you appoint Sam Allardyce you are saying he is our level.

Sam Allardyce, Everton manager.

I physically puked when he was even just linked with us. I’m still in shock and denial, that we actually offered the crook the big seat at our Club. I’m convinced that Steve Walsh is the architect of all things bad at Everton....big mate of Allardyce, poor transfers, shat on Koeman, doing nothing positive,.....yet so how untouchable.

What I would say to that is those games we won were far from spectacular. A certain degree of luck was definitely on our side.

Also, worth pointing out that Rooney in a deep lying midfield two would have been a nightmare yesterday given how hard Spurs press. I'm not sold on either Kenny or Lennon but definitely take your point on benching the useless Bolasie.

I think Jurassic Park FC, is a more appropriate name for us at the moment. With the dinosaur currently inhabiting the managers office.I think we'll find out, just how ambitious Moshiri really is this summer. If we are keeping Allardyce on beyond this season, then we may as well drop our club motto imo.
I don’t get it, could you expand on this more?

Sadly spot on, but we were so desperate the people in the board room need to be accountable for taking us to this position.

Just listen to the fat crook, working his way through the media to make out that he’ll be saving us from certain relegation.

You don’t see the teams below us signing £27m striker, Fat Head.

Hate that we’ve got this pie head as our manager. Just doesn’t feel real.

Do you mean this window or generally ? Not £27m but arnautovic was £25m I think and Ayew about £20m plus .

I certainly agree we shouldn’t be down there but we are and plenty of people have to carry the can not just the current manager .

Oh but Sam, I thought it was really easy to sort out issues out. I mean, after all, this is what you told the world when you were weaselling your way into the job.

Upon closer inspection of the squad he has discovered that we have a League 2 player in the back 4, one left footed outfield player registered in the 25-man squad who's injured, and not a single central midfielder that can pass forwards. It's a bigger job than he must have anticipated, and bigger than many on here will want to admit.

He's spent the last weekend using the media to try con as many people as possible into thinking we're in relegation trouble. He needs people to think things are far far worse than they actually are in order to avoid scrutiny of his own glaring shortcomings and to protect his survival expert, con artist brand.

You were all warned what would happen. People didn't want to listen and were too preoccupied with who could be the biggest snowflake shouting that we were doomed in November.
