Horrendous negativity from him in the press releases tonight. I despise the man.

He also said Rooney and Siguurdson won't be playing together.

Well it's utter nonsense that they can't, you just have to adapt the system to not play two DM's.

With you here Tim.

I don't despise him or blame him for all of our problems, but what we had before Christmas - a 4-3-3 with pretty good balance, bar left-back - was working.

He's torn that up for no reason.

Who do you play to win the ball back? Gana? Fine. But who do you play with him? His positional sense is awful as he chases the ball. Davies? Besic?

As for Lookman...we really think he's the "one" key player we really need to make a change? 3 managers don't want to throw him in the deep end.

We can't play counter attack and has only played Rooney advanced in one game. The rest he's been deeper, Ill, or on the bench. This was prior to having a striker and he's still our top goalscorer.

Koeman played the exact same tactics from the back as Sam. It's why he bought Williams to replace Stones and cracked jokes about passing out the back.

People keep looking for ways Sam can get the best out the team yet there's no real answers.

Pickford

Coleman/Kenny - Holgate - Williams - NEW LEFT BACK FFS

Bolasie - Gueye - Rooney - Sigurdsson

Walcott

Tosun

OR

Pickford

We have to make sure the next managerial appoimtment is the right one. In the summer the likes of Southampton and West Ham will be looking for new long term managers and the likes of Fonesca, Silva etc. Will be on their shortlist.

If I was Moshiri I would be holding talks with both of those and get one lined up for July 1st. I really do want Fonesca however I think Silva would also be a big hit and would have us in 7th if he was backed with money in the summer.

Alladyce simply has to go.

He needs everyone to think we're in huge trouble to help his brand. He talks about relegation every weekend. It's embarassing. He's responsible for winning games, not seeing how bad he can make us so he can then turn it around and claim he's a tactical genius. He does this at all his clubs. He's an embarrassment.

He neglects to mention Schniderlin stinking the place out again or the total lack of a LB or any left footed player in our team... or how we're playing a 2 kids in our defence due to injuries. The man is a muppet and I wouldn't be surprised if he's already got his eyes on a nice fat pay off.

Well, that's not true.

He took over Sunderland and Crystal Palace in genuinely awful states and he did turn it around.

He isn't sabotaging himself. He just isn't doing the simple things that he was when he first took over.

How we ever game him a job I'll never know. Him and Walsh both need binning.

Sam has told the Guardian that Rooney & Sigurdsson are too slow to play in the same team. What about Schneiderlin, one of the worst (and slowest) players I have seen in a blue shirt in 50 years (and I have seen a few!). At least Rooney & Gylfi actually contribute something.

I despair. Allardyce out!

Unfortunately Walsh seems to be controlling Moshiri in regards to the footballing affairs at the moment, not the other way round.

Agree entirely though. I don't want to actively hope a man loses his job, but Walsh should be the first out of the door come the summer imo.

Whether Allardyce is here or not depends entirely on if he gets a grip of himself in the next few weeks, ultimately.

If he gets us secure in the top half then - realistically - he'll probably stay, barring a complete fan revolt.

Thing is, if he was just doing what he did in the first six/seven games, there'd be no issue. But he's completely torn it up and has reverted to type for little reason.

No pace but picks Schneiderlin
No pace but plays two slow DMs who can't go forward
No pace but omits Lookman who destroyed his opponent during his last display

Allardyce out!

He said a 'big decision to make' regarding Rooney and Sigurdsson and who plays.

You play the one that isn't a fat mess and misplaces none out of ten passes. You play the club's record signing.

Rooney is a curse on us. That ball to Walcott yesterday was a hit and hope that came off. He did about another six of them that went nowhere.
