At least he can no longer pretend that he was always better than the opportunities he was given.

Turned up at Arsenal with a back-seven, hoping for nothing more than a narrow defeat; and when that game plan was out of the window in less than five minutes, he just sat watching as his team continued to invite a level of pressure that it was completely unequipped to deal with.

I still can't believe that he's here. This club is finished.

His Watford side threw away a two goal lead against us in the most Martinez way ever. Definitely don’t want him. Mancini for me
I know it's hardly a ringing endorsement, but the fact that Silva is a free agent makes me lean towards taking a chance on him.

No faith whatsoever in this board's ability to go out and appoint a manager who is doing well at another club. It took them long enough to sort out deals for Koeman and Allardyce.

His statements on most things are sounding more stupid and worst by the day, basically moaned on radio etc to get the Everton job,and we in typical style give it him a few weeks later.never as good as he think he is

Needs to take the squad out on the ale, then back to Finch Farm for a 'frank and open discussion', where finger pointing and fisticuffs are encouraged. Clear the air, tell the rotten apples to sod off until May, and crack on with a smaller, unified squad who have each others back. In May, koff Big Sam and entourage, koff Kenwright, koff Elstone, koff Walsh. Start running us like a proper club again with a bright younger manager with lots to prove, like we used to. Please come back my Everton, I hate this one.

Said it in the match thread, he's a tactical coward.

He`s also a bully who chooses to call individual players out, rather than take the rap himself in public and then have it out with the players in private.

A good manager in any form of employment, does not call out individuals in public, as it has it`s the quickest way to rip their confidence to shreds and also to make them hate you.

He`s a dinosaur, always will be and is being exposed as such.

So much for his last chance to prove that he could get a team playing anything other hoofball.

40 points, then get rid of him and his entourage, with a caretaker in until the end of the season.

Thought he’d of made a go of it,especially with this being the biggest domestic club he’ll ever manage,
I didn’t want him when it was first touted and certainly don’t now,his ineptitude seems to know no bounds,
Keep until we’re safe and then bomb him out.
Horrendous decision to appoint him.
