Sick kids decided the matter for me
Hope it's nothing too serious mate.

At least the missus is out this afternoon so I can sit in front of SSN. I was watching the match on Wednesday and she made me turn over to watch Peaky Blinders. Said it's not her fault if I cba going the match:).

She's made up actually as I've now agreed to up sticks to Cornwall. Was probably going to accede anyway but this just makes the decision a little easier. It's something we've been seriously considering since her mum died last year.

Croupe and heavy colds, nothing too bad.

Whereabouts in Cornwall, always fancied around Wadebridge in the North myself

Sam Allardyce stepped out onto the Goodison Park turf just before kick-off to soak up some applause from the home fans, he was beaming so wide his earpiece nearly slipped out.

Don't know mate. We fancy Falmouth area but really expensive down there. Very open minded at the moment.

Been keeping an eye on the market down there and lots of properties come up and go almost immediately. We're going to sell up and rent short term, so we're effectively cash buyers if something good crops up.

Wadebridge is very good mate - small town, full of proper shops, as the council won`t let the chain shops in, plus, a local footy club, rugby club, restaurants,a little cinema, decent pubs, near to Padstow, Rock, Polzeath, Watergate Bay etc, the people are sound and friendly, with the big plus that the houses aren`t insanely priced. ( other than on the River Camel ).

Yeah. We know the area well mate. You get a lot of property for your money just up the road from there in Bodmin too. We're pretty much keeping our options open at the moment but now a decision has been made to move I'm incredibly upbeat about it. Absolutely love it down there as you know. Spent 4 weeks down there April/May and again Sept/Oct and both times just didn't want to come home.

Bodmin is a bit grim tbh, although the areas outside are decent, but can be a bit like retirement villages.

It`s my long term plan to go down there too ;)
