No, I was in the “we should support the people at the club” brigade.

Otherwise you end up with a wedge being driven between the fans and the club.

You need to stop blaming the fans lad and accept you were out of order back in November when you were cheerleading for Sam to be appointed and firing shots at fans for genuinely held opinions.

The wedge was driven between fans and hierarchy when the hierarchy made the embarrassing decision to appoint a known entity of epic fraudulent proportions.

I dont think Arteta his our answer

I don’t think Arteta will be the answer to our situation.
We need someone who can hit the ground running right away.

Who do you think we can realistically get in that is the answer to our situation then?

Are they waiting for the Official Relegation Fight to begin once we fail to defeat Brighton? Then once again counting on the new manager affect to keep us in he division. May be worth throwing an additional five million at Fonseca and Shaktar to join us now instead of the summer. That five million will pale into insignificance if we stay up.

I didn’t even particularly want him. I just thought everyone turning their back on the club was a bit pathetic. I still do.

Yet no talk in any newspaper about him being on huge ropes. Two wins in 13 isn't it? Time for another quick fix to get the six points we need to stay up. Allardyce is done here, yet still appears to be extremely safe in his position.

Blithely accepting the faecal matter served up to us week after week is turning your back on the club. Decrying our clubs decline and showing that, for the fans at least, nsno still means something is the opposite of turning our backs.
We could easily "do a Villa" if this trend of results and transfer profligacy is not reversed soon.
