Yep, let's get the three points and listen to Mr. Alladyce's astute post match analysis about his pre match plan, considered tactical approach and game management to close out a very important win...

agreed - the media are on his case now so it's just a matter of time. If he gets us over the 40 point mark in the next few games he'll stay until the end of the season because i doubt the board want 2 failed managers sacked in one season. We lose tomorrow though and it gets toxic they may have no choice.

Tell you what, wouldn't mind the red head Britney doing some cheerleading at the game tomorrow. Wahayyyy!

It is good we are very vocal in not wanting him.
The irony is is that he isn't even the worst manager we had this season.
That honour remains with Kopite Koeman who destroyed the squad quality and balance in the first place.

Whilst there are zero facts I can use to substantiate the claim, I am pretty certain we would not be in any worst position now had Koeman remained. In fact, I’m pretty sure he would have turned things around just like he did at Southampton after their bad start to his second season.

I agree. As bad as things got he didn't even get the January window to correct the problems that he had.

If things were still bad in February rather than October then that's when you go and make an emergency change like Allardyce.

Hindsight is a glorious thing. I agree we’d probably be no worse off with Koeman still in charge but at that time we were all calling for his head.

Oh yeah definitely. I was too.

I was wrong though. I wouldn't have wanted him to go either if I'd known who we'd get.

I liked Koeman a lot and think now we were very hasty in getting rid even if we were terrible. It was November and we were acting like we were already relegated.

I was one of those who thought Koeman had to go but I'm also of the opinion had he not been sacked he'd have us in the same situation as we are now. The two viewpoints are not contradictory they merely emphasis what a collosal disappointment this season has been.

Whilst he was responsible for some of the problems and signings like klaasen. He was in no way fully responsible and more of the burden should have been on Walsh. A guy employed full time to find players to take us to the next level. Although it isn't an easy job he has failed miserably. He was coming up with names like belfodil to lead the line. Where's he Now?

I think last summer cost us this season with some appalling signings, even Rooney was a bad move, he's done ok for us but has he really justified his wage? I wouldn't have imagined his signing has had the commercial impact expected either.
The club is in a mess at the moment, there's no direction, bad attitudes, no unity. It's going to take a huge job this summer to get the club back on track and although I did feel allardyce deserves a chance, I think the overwhelming negativity towards him makes it impossible for him to continue.
