Never took to him Marco,Roberto at least had a vision of what he wanted at the club,a style to play unfortunately he couldnt carry it out,as for the next manager I honestly couldnt say, none in England look much different to what we have had,as for abroad I have to hold my hands up and say I wouldnt have a clue as I dont watch any European footie, but as I said there are people at the club who should be out there now doing that job,but we jnow if/when Sam goes thats when the panic will set in

Agree mate. I just don't see any immediate solution to the situation we're in with the players we have and it's an ageing squad. Sam is relying on the experienced players to get results at home. Agree there are people at the club who's job it is to be going out there and sourcing the best young talent but it isn't happening. Seems like the club is just happy to survive in the PL??

They want Brands from PSV. Simple as.

Whether that means Walsh is out as DOF and takes up a head of domestic scouting role, I don't know but for the money he makes, I'd expect him to be gone more than he'd be reassigned under a new man.

No one really wants to talk Walsh, though.
the current setup have 'wanted' a lot of things - Witsel, Monchi, Simeone. The reality has been somewhat less ambitious.

At some point Moshiri will be once bitten twice shy, and stick rather than twist just because a few internet clowns with no financial risk attached demand chopping and changing for the sake of it.

Its just a mishmash of players as though there was no plan, whether that RK,Walsh or a mixture of both its failed,at the moment staying up is the only target, but even with a new manager 5/6 if extremely lucky is the most that can be aimed for if very very lucky maybe scrape a top 4 place, but your looking at 3 or 4 teams all having an off season,at the minute there doesnt seem any long term outlook hence Sam rolling into town
