Its just a mishmash of players as though there was no plan, whether that RK,Walsh or a mixture of both its failed,at the moment staying up is the only target, but even with a new manager 5/6 if extremely lucky is the most that can be aimed for if very very lucky maybe scrape a top 4 place, but your looking at 3 or 4 teams all having an off season,at the minute there doesnt seem any long term outlook hence Sam rolling into town

Spot on mate, I'm looking all around and I don't see a managerial solution. OK get Marco Silva in...he's on a free and we were willing to lay £15M dabs on Watfords palm a few months ago...now he's failed at two PL clubs, and suddenly he'll get EFC??

Like i ssid mate he wouldnt be my 1st choice, but the method at the moment seems to be must have premier league experience, even though none seem to last long at any club,my view is to improve you aim for something higher than you,be that players or managers, unfortunately we are 20 years too late trying to get on the train

I know mate...as I said I'm looking around and I don't see a managerial solution...footies changed massively, you can't get the likes of Schneiderlin up against the changies and tell him what's what as he's on mega bucks coming in and out of FF taking the p every day.

Sham Allardyce is not good enough, never will be good enough and never has been good enough to manage us. He is the only one who holds the belief that he is, such is his arrogance. He even got away with moaning that we hadn't interviewed him when we seeking RK's replacement claiming he had been disrespected and nolonger wanted the job......why the hell didn't we just leave it at that. What Sham was actually doing was teflonising himself in case he didn't get it. With any luck he'll get the West Ham job next season back in the Championship removng his stain from our great club forever

He knows himself he isn't good enough for us, but he's clever enough to hold on for his payday. Can't say I blame him, the board offered him the contract. They're the ones to blame.

He's good enough to prevent us from going down this season though...god know's where we'd be if they had stuck with rk. So I reckon he's more than earned his dough given what he faced when he came into the club.

Few wins against dog turd teams at home we SHOULD be beating and he deserves 100k a week for half a season and a 5/6 mill pay out when he goes

Talking absolute nonsense. Unsworth would have kept us up for much less
