The club should be going public and urging LCC to sort out what they should have sorted 4 years ago. Obviously the club won't wanna fall out with the council, but they should at least be putting some pressure on.

Rotherham has tried to make a show of the club by saying it was never getting built when we all know it was.

If/when the club by Nelson Dock and start regenerating further, more private investment will come into the area. That is leverage against the council.

200m on two new stations - which frankly aren't needed - and 500m on trains that don't work. No one is kidding us by saying money wasn't/hasn't been available.

…..people should openly say they’re not voting for him when the next election comes around. The contrast with Burnham is stark; Westminister jumps when Burnham talks whereas Rotherham is firmly under the sole of their size 9 shoes.

We have an insignificant Mayor in a job for life simply because he’s another Labour politician not qualified for high office.

So the "weight" thing is BS and would be why Rotheram knows nothing about it ?

Tbf, the steward that was sat on his chair with a megaphone was telling everybody that they had to restrict people due to a weight limit.

A few people, me included, questioned it as we'd caught up with the group that went before us before we went over the bridge.

I got a taxi to the ground cos I didnt trust the trains, cost me 18 quid!

Thankfully managed to bum a lift home for free.

One could say that payment by that method ends up costing you more in the long run.
