Sandhills station

You couldn't make this up: Commander Steve - the feller who cant get a few trains in and out of Sandhills station without causing near disaster - has just signed a contract to help put people into space...

“For centuries, our region has been at the forefront of innovation...Now, we’re looking to space as the next great frontier..."

Why is always failing? Have they ever given a decent answer? Is it a rail feature like? I never see this on the underground in London. I know I’ve said here before I never seen cancellations widely as you poor souls do but clearly someone’s head needs to be on a board over this unreliable service. My mate says headbolt is unreliable and avoids any kind of usage of it.

The new trains are crap, there always seems to be a signal failure, and best its a one track line for the most part, it gets congested incredibly quickly

If I can avoid Headbolt, I do, but driving into town is no better either - every road out of Kirkby has roadworks atm and Scotty Road is always terrible at the best of times

Very fitting considering he's a space cadet.

Heard Steve the Red on the radio this morning saying that queues were bigger than expected because everyone left at the same time

Has anyone told him about the final whistle??
The bloke is an idiot as well as factually incorrect. Many had left early precisely to avoid the trnasport problems encountered on the way in, so the number leaving after the evacuation was LESS than it could have been.

As you suggest, when a normal game ends, the full capacity will be heading home - a fact which seems to escape the numpty kopite.
