Do people not understand that we also pay players' wages? He is earning a ridiculous amount per week, which is why we can't properly sell him.

...I wouldn’t be so sure. His wages are the stumbling block, reported to be at least £80k per week. No club wanting him will be prepared to pay that much and he won’t take a big pay cut with so long left on his contract. I imagine the club would let him go on a free if there was a taker.

Cant see anyone paying any money for him due to his wages.

If there is a fee over £5mil then that will be his pay off.

Theres got to be something in that to keep him there. Or, at least, have them pay his wages or whatever they were contributing. As you say, Mangala wasn't even allowed to go back to City even tho he was crocked.
