Well it does, we have a points system for footballers when it comes to work permits. Being a full international proves its worth and scores highly on the system.

As it is, this Sosa is a youth international who has played a handful of games for River, the FA wants to make sure we nurture the youth talent in this country and not swamp the game with foreign players but make sure the top talents in the world can play in the premier league.
