It's hilarious talking to the moon howling celtic fans up here and watching them struggling like feck to either not react or immediately say the Glasgow Derby when you keep throwing old firm into the conversation.

They don't consider Rangers their main rival, as I understand it. That club went to the wall, no? Celtic supporters consider The Rangers, an entirely new entity supported by the supporters of the old club, to be their main rival.

My take on it is what stadium a club play at, who goes to see them, and what strip they wear is 99% of what a club is .

As TRFC play at Ibrox, all the Ranger supporters go to see the club play, and they wear the Ranger strip the newco is effectively Rangers.

Technically, Rangers went the way of Airdrieonians and Gretna but, as I said, for me the newco is effectively Rangers.

Rangers have opened up talks with Beale according to Sky News, QPR not standing in his way.

He'll probably go back to Liverpool and raid their academy for players.

Thanks for the update Div.
You seem to be the man ITK on all things Rangers on here! ?
Oh look, its Broderick from Bearsden...who went missing after 'The' Rangers got beat by Frankfurt and again when Liverpool mauled them 9-1 on aggregate.

Maybe you'll get a good manager this time eh?

Just amused and at the same time puzzled with your apparent keen interest in who the next Rangers manager is going to be.

You being a hater and all that!!

You do seem to have a bit of a boner for Beale for some reason!!

From today's Times:

'The competition regulator has revealed the private talks held between executives and their employees who colluded to fix the price of replica Rangers FC shirts. The Competition and Markets Authority documents detail how an employee at JD Sports was “shitting himself” when he came under pressure from Elite, a sports supplier, to increase the price of a Rangers shirt by £5. The regulator’s investigation revealed how the football club, based in Glasgow, colluded with the two firms to increase the price of a Rangers shirt from £55 to £60.

JD Sports and Elite have been fined £1.49 million and £459,000 respectively, while Rangers was fined £225,000.

The watchdog’s report outlines how Rangers executives were concerned about “noise coming from the fans” and a “frenzy” on"'

Colluding to rip their own club's fans off.

What an outfit. Utter criminals.

No condemnation of your club?
As you've obviously read the whole thread on Follow Follow today you know what I or the majority of Rangers fans think of this and the recent incompetences of this Rangers board along with their puzzling determination to alienate themselves from the support.
