Nor the level of denial from both of these club's supporters? Have Rangers won the league 54 times or 55(with The Rangers winning the other one)? My contention is that between them they did it 55 times but this new lot only did it once in a covid affected season. Does that seem about right?

Have a wee look at the official records regarding Scottish league titles won by Rangers , it really is that simple to get your answer and if you don't like what you see then you can put a bit of denial yourself alongside your obsessiveness!

We all know that the old Rangers died after evading Her Majesties Revenue and Customs for many years, then being caught! The new lot, now called The Rangers (nothing to do with the old entity, especially their debts to HMRC and the face painter) have won the Scottish Premier League once. 54 + 1 = 55
