Morton 0 v 0 Dunfermline

As bad a game as I have been to this season, with neither team having a shot on goal. The Rangers loan players look no better than the players we already have at the club, but as it was their first game I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

Hibs are traditionally a bigger club than Kilmarnock, bigger fanbase and financially better off, so possibly. I would like to see him stay at Kilmarnock as he is doing a great job there and might finally break the Old Firm champions monopoly.
I agree. It's so important for someone else to win the SPL.

Hibs have a huge support obviously but on this occasion it would be better if he stays put. I'm sure he'll feel the same way.

Yeah from what I’ve seen and read he’s had a go at the players over recent results , as he does, and it got a bit heated possibly even physical. In a later conversation about events with Dempster Lennon has lost it , the row has escalated and that’s that . Might be rubbish obviously but sounds about right .

As has been said trouble does seem to follow him round .

Trouble seems to follow the Hibs managers around. The Hibs players got John Collins the sack, because he didn't think they were as professional about their fitness, and lifestyles, as they should be, so they went above him to complain.

Modern day footballers make me sick. They're a bunch of pampered divas. Can you imagine what that bunch of prima donas would be like if Alex Ferguson was their manager? Hibs form has been absolutely abysmal for months, apart from results against Celtic, and Rangers. What did they expect to happen, Lennon to go around sticking gold stars on their chests?

I saw that result and thought you would be annoyed not to get all 3 points, especially against a shaky Pars side who were humiliated at Raith last week. Also, you probably didn't like seeing both Partick & Falkirk pick up points today.

On the upside, we (East Fife) came back from 3-1 down at Stranraer to win 4-3!

Hmmm... and bringing it all the way back round to this Levein/Michael Stewart handbags thing, wasn't Stewart one of the Hibs players at loggerheads with Collins back then?

Collins took over a team which was Mowbray's and they won the League Cup in 2007 with a brilliant performance. It all went pear-shaped after that.

I don't think he's a very good manager, but I don't think that's why the Hibs players went behind his back.

From what I heard, Collins would pull up his training top, show the players his abs, and tell them that's what they should aiming for. Not exactly what young, precious, bevvying, kebab eating, coke snorting, professionals want to hear.

No but I wouldn't describe the Hibs of 2007 as such. One of them was Scott Brown. Another was Lewis Stevenson - still in situ - the Man of the Match at Hampden.

Collins is obsessed with his abs. Great player obviously but not a man manger by any means.

Aye, saw that mate, well done. The Pars were awful today, unfortunately so were we. Not a single shot on target from either team, good job I've got a season ticket, would hate to pay money to watch that sheeiite!

I think it's fairly safe to say Gary O'Connor had a wee liking for the old Peruvian marching powder. I think Derek Reardon must have battered the swally as well, as he was banned from certain clubs, and pubs, in Edinburgh. I don't know what Broony was like in his younger days, but there was a photo of him in the paper a couple of years ago, and he looked in some nick.

Yes but Riordan and O'Connor weren't in that team. And whatever extremes Riordan indulged in it didn't stop Celtic acquiring him from Hibs.

I dunno. Does it matter? Answer: NO!
