I read a history book by Alan Lugton "The Making of Hibernian" and fell for them a bit. The book was as much a social history of Edinburgh as a football club book - which makes it all the more readable. They had to fight for their existence and acceptance in Edinburgh and became an early super power of the game in Scotland...before, ironically, Celtic stole all their players!
Yes and as a conciliatory gesture in this year of gestures I think Celtic should award their title to Hibs.Been there a couple of times, but not since they added another main stand. Nice enough.

Lived there for 4 years and had a mate who lived right next to the ground. Not many decent bars in that area. Always liked Diggers though. Had more of a soft spot for Hibs to be honest. They also seemed a bit more mental. Knew a few hearts fans who were up their own hoop.Hope Hearts do down as a result of a voided season, moved to Edinburgh in December and live next to Tynecastle, boss British football ground. Was hoping to get to a game some time this season.
Best thing about Cowdenbeath's ground is the stock car racing on a Friday night. My Scottish team and has been for many years, is Cowdenbeath (The Blue Brazils). You get used to losing. Once, on my way to Perth, I took a slight detour and went and had a look at their ground. Never been to a game though. They seemed to be doing a bit better last season.
The Rangers' 'dossier' on SPFL officials 'bullying' member clubs was released at 10 this morning. 200 pages long. The SPFL laughed it out of town less than 90 minutes later....
100%. Absolute joke this has been. They pinned their case on a fake invoice last week, and by the time they realised they'd been had they had made further 'allegations' to support their case. Their desperation to stop the Celtic 9 in a row is eating them up.Glorious, now they should sanction Sevco for wasting everyone’s time
