I would say that critics of Rangers were very disappointed, when the club adapted a more open minded approach to recruiting players. A stick that they loved beating the club with, was removed so to speak. Plenty of catholics signed for Rangers, before this supposed policy was enforced (it was more of a routine by accident that the club developed, than an official rule as such), and there have been plenty of catholics who have played for Rangers since, including irish catholics. It's no longer an issue, although i am aware, that there are plenty of people, who still want it to be an issue.

They wouldn't sign a catholic for years. The day souness announced Mo Johnstone they had a film crew around the ground and in pubs and the fans were canceling season tickets etc going mad about signing a roman catholic. This was just over 30 years ago.

The club got its lawyers to lay the blame on the dead supporters after the Ibrox disaster.

The club brushed Gordon Neeleys child abuse under the carpet in 1991 and then carried on lying about it

Harry Dunn was another sex beast who coached at the club.

The fans smashed Manchester to pieces the day/night of a uefa cup final including about 30 of them jumping all over a policeman on the floor.

The club got relegated 4 leagues for the biggest scandal in Football.

The fans make nazi salutes and bum the queen.

I could go on. Celtic, yeah lots wrong there too but nowhere near Rangers levels and anyway we are on about your lot here. Your lot are scum. From the very top to the very bottom. I'd be embarrassed to be associated with them in any way.

Scottish Footy doesn't bother me too much but that club should have just been finished for good for the good of humanity.

Eh, that Rangers are the dominant force in Scotland again and that you emphasised your hatred of the club with your made up 'facts'!, accusing them of 'the biggest scandal in football' trying to infer some sort of historical abuse at the club while conveniently ignoring what your favoured club has been covering up/sweeping under the carpet for the last 40 odd years. Think you should be looking at the east side of Glasgow for your Scum from top to bottom label, but of course admitting that would be even more painful?
