Just saw the video tonight, hardly recognised him, what a state, feel sorry for him though, he's been under massive pressure the last few months and there's obviously a lot more to it that we don't know about, no hiding place from social media so I guess there will be some sort of statement from him in the next few days if that is recent footage.
I'm guessing he's off his medication, be it through counselling or drugs.

Outstanding mate. Gutting end result but I honestly think that Celtic side of that era under O'Neill was the best Celtic side since the Lisbon Lions. Just looked up the starting line-up. Maybe swap Agathe for McNamara and yeah thats as good as anything Celtic have had since 67/70. Moravcik on the bench as well. How did he only ever get properly noticed when he was 33?! What a player.
