Yeah he wasn't taking home champions league trophies but at one time I think he could of played for perennial top 4-6 team, always flawed in his crossing but otherwise one of the more skilled right backs in the league

There’s no need to rewrite history. From 2012-14 he was one of the best right backs in the league easily. Sure his technique still wasn’t great but his engine was absolutely unbelievable he could affect games from right back he was so direct and powerful. Teams used to attack solely down our left side as they knew they would get no change from Coleman.

Now however he’s lost all his pace and power and his technique has fallen off a cliff and he’s the worst right back in the league.

Wouldn't surprise me to see him RCB today with Patterson and Townsend wingbacks.

Not that that's what I want to see by the way, it just wouldn't surprise me if we did see it.
