Can anyone tell me where he was for their first goal because we had 6 players (including Pickford) in our half when they won back the ball, yet he wasn't one of them, and the goal came from his side of the pitch?

Bullied for the second goal. He shouldn't be on the pitch. One determined run for a close range finish (last week) in 2 and a half years, is not enough. He's cost us many goals this season and he will cost us more if he stays in the team.

He's our captain. It's his job to rally any cowards.

He does it at home when we don't need him to when our own crowd is the captain.

No one is turning. There were 13 crap outfield players there today. He did cost us a goal though with some shoddy defending. No denying that his level dropped enormously and thats not what we need from a skipper

Hes just not as good as he used to be. He cant perform well consistently. Which is what happens to most 33 year olds. There's no point trying to say he played well when he clearly didn't.

I've criticised several players. See other threads. In particular Gomes who I dont think had the right attitude.

But Coleman is captain so carries some responsibility. He put in a bad individual performance in a very bad team performance. We need better from a captain in our league position
