Wish all our players had his passion.............but he is still an average defender in my eyes and nowhere near his form of several years ago. Can't criticise him for his energy and passion though only his skill set.

He's still ok, but nowhere near whats he was, say, 3 years ago in Martinez 1st season. He never hardly goes past his man anymore. By all accounts he's been good for Ireland. I haven't seen too many 'top' performance from him for us lately. Pleased he scored today though, obviously.

he needs competition that's for sure. they all do, they all need to be dropped as a kick up their arse. He woke up with 5 minutes to go today and actually looked like a footballer.
Mason Holgate say's hello!
Such a pity he was ousted when Seamus returned. I love Seamus but he desperately needs to not be guaranteed his spot as he is capable of being excellent. Holgate for me was superb and deserved his place in the team.
