Yea, they're a bit out of his league alright but I could actually see him doing alright in Germany. I think his defending has continuously improved, he's still decent down the wing but his final ball is still poor. I think a decent manager might do him the world of good.

Players stay at Everton far longer than they should; especially when you consider how rarely they achieve anything of note. It's a leftover policy from the Moyes era, and I hope it's something Moshiri looks to change.

Gets slated too much in my opinion. Every defender we have has looked woeful under Martinez for a while.

Get a top manager in and I truly think he'll be back to his best. He's been excellent for Ireland and though I'd never want O'Neill, it shows what having clear and consistent defensive instructions can do.

Have you seen his defending this season mate?,constantly getting the wrong side of the winger,too many crosses come in from both flanks Baines too,compared to what he was like in RM's first season it's chalk and cheese,we get a decent offer I think we should take it.
