2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

Replacing him with Guadiola wouldn't ensure we play our first season in our new stadium in the Premiership with our lot of odd ball plsyers
It would. He’s done well in dealing with some very challenging circumstances, but that doesn’t give him a free pass. He’s gaslighting fans every opportunity he gets by talking about what a tough job he’s had and how much is gong in the background, always creating a narrative that we should be infinitely grateful for the odd scrappy win here and there. I’m done with it now. He has done well to keep us up for the past 2 seasons, but the style of football and his pure stubbornness are utterly draining to endure.

I have been a supporter of Dyche, but after another very poor display, I am coming to the conclusion this his brand of rubbish we are seeing is only going to get him the sack and us in the championship.😢😢😢

At this point we might as well go 4-4-2 and go full Wimblebon if we are going to persist playing like this. At least increase the opportunities to win the 2nd ball in the final third.

Mad thing to say but feel bit sorry for the players (not as much as the fans like!).

But they obviously hate this 'style' of football.

No one plays like this and haven't done for a long time.

It's the totally submissive approach to every game that gets me - sets them up like we're playing City every week.

Our squad isn't the best, but it's not the worst. As a player you want to be able to express yourself and play with a bit of freedom, esp. against teams who are bottom of league/just come up.

I've absolutely no idea what Dyche and his staff work on from week to week. The players must be bored to tears.

On the one hand....

Played Keane over Branthwaite vs both Fulham & Southampton where we needed his recovery pace.

Strange subs in both games.

McNeil not trained and starts for 90mins when others dont get back in the team

Low posession in both but i dont care about that as we had chances to win in both.

On the other hand

Today
Red card not given
Harrison miss
Beto miss
Beto goal not given
No final ball about 8 times

Are the players to blame? Dyche or both?
