Its beginning to look a lot like relegation.I wonder if the Dychettes are going to release a Christmas single?
Any suggestions

Just ignored the first half of the post then?
Also by that point of the game you’re just looking for a tall player as you’re in Hail Mary territory. Very good managers have had the keeper up for corners. As usual you are making an absolute period drama over an utterly inconsequential detail in the big picture of Everton.
He spent a fortune at wolves, remember dyche has had limeted funds and that counts for quite a lot apparently to all you dychette’sFair enough. It's all about opinions though.
He brought Wolves up, and he also got them to the QF's of the Europa, whilst also maintaining their league placing of 7th. His lowest finish in this league was 13th. I think he'd have been a solid appointment for us at the time, but maybe I just have the benefit of hindsight.
We can all not rate managers. It's the importance that people place upon their own often incorrect opinions that I find weird. Battle lines for the next manager appointment have already been drawn, and the loop will continue.
I think silva might have done ok eventually, Brands didn’t want him sacked. Like was pointed out previously he lost his experienced number 2 and thought Boa morte was a good choice to replace which didn’t go down well with the fan base. And maybe still inexperienced at that point.A huge factor with managers is the fit. He's not under much pressure at Forest and his set up suits the players they have. He was under pressure and badly out of his depth at Tottenham.
Everton had Marco Silva yet he ended up being sacked. He's doing very nicely at Fulham. They play some lovely football and create a ton of chances yet he wasn't exactly loved by fans at Goodison Park.
Who would be a good fit at Everton?!

Of course because sending a player up for a corner is the same as asking them to play as a striker.
Which other managers throw centre backs up front just to be tall so they can bang it long? Your example of Steven Caulker for one game 10 years ago isn’t doing it for me I must say.
The problem isn't sacking the terrible managers, it's the recruiting of three terrible managers in a row.
More than one game, and it wasn’t 2014, so wrong on both points, but a good try..for you.
Which games did it happen then, seeing as you clearly know?
And can you name another example? Preferably within the last 8 years.
Well a one second Google search tells me it was Arsenal Manchester United and Norwich.
You’re making out that it’s some prehistoric tactic that only Sean Dyche would do. I’ve just told you Jurgen Klopp did it a few times and now we’re back into arbitrary timeframes of your own choosing.
Absolutely ridiculous agenda as usual.
So our next 5 games are:
West Ham (a)
Brentford (h)
Man U (a)
Wolves (h)
Liverpool (h)
Does he survive this run? if not which game gets him the sack?
I mean it does happen though doesn't it? I'm not even defending Dyche because I thought saturday was really poor, but managers do stick big lumps up front for short periods on a fairly regular basis, it's not really high on the list of things to be concerned about for me.Absolutely crying at you furiously googling “Steven Caulker playing up front” to try and force home a point that doesn’t really have any relevance in the year 2024.
Do you have any other examples of centre backs playing up front? You said other managers do it so you must know of some.
