Don't think the whole quote helps his case much. He thinks the primary responsibility of a 10 is to defend first and maybe try to do something if we get a turnover. I don't think that's how most of the footballing world would think about that position.

I think the phrase "people keep telling me of my role as manager" is very indicative of his mindset. The type of person who won't take a good idea if it is contrary to his initial thoughts.

He's so small in his thinking.

Unbelievable, Ndiaye doesn’t work harder enough for the 10 role, yet stats say he works harder than McNeil and there’s no evidence to suggest he can play as a 10. Is this guy for real.it reminds of big Sam trolling the fans, when he knew he was done. So fingers crossed it’s the Same I’m hoping for a nice Christmas present of dyche getting booted next month

I get this but ffs needing a goal why cant he just play as a second striker off the forward having spqce. Is the problem with dyche far to negative

Exactly my point mate when I said it's a Dyche thing.

And they were all Dec to mid Jan just before we sacked him.

You and loads more - don't like him as a person and it shows.

All I do is try and offer some balance and give Dyche the same courtesy I give Lampard.

As for Lampard I liked him too. The only Everton manager I've spoke to. He'd engage with GOT on social media etc.

But ultimately all I'm arsed about is Everton and us remaining a Premier League team until we get new owners.

No, there’s no evidence to suggest attacking players can create or score goals it’s far better to put a CB up front after you’ve taken off some attackers. Nobody tells Sean how to manage!

Dyches argument would be that Michael Keane has more prem experience than Ndiaye and Lindstrom...........you know the old adage Dyche uses when arguing the toss. He is becoming a bore fest
