Was watching the training video the other day and it struck me how much of it was the 3v3 kick around.
What is the point of that, what does that hone or is it simply done as a warm up?

presumably to work on triangles which would be useful in the attacking third but our main triangle is myko to tarky to pickford to myko

Triangles and shape when both in and out of possession, but in possession we ignore that anyway so I have no idea.

I don’t think they actually show anything of note in those videos. Just generic warm ups and games.

Not sure they would publish videos of technical work that informs shape, tactics or game play for the upcoming fixture
