FTFY17 games. 11 goals. 2 wins. 1 tit in charge.
They also need the time to though, the worst thing is to rush in and get another wrong manager in.
Don’t forgetSo without going into the actual results, over the past year, Dyche has:
You don't even have to make the case to get him out - he does it himself.
- admitted that he's basically not bothered to coach the one young player who's made a big improvement in his time,
- assaulted another player, who when he plays routinely shows he's better than the guys he is sat behind, and now
- straight up admits that his players will not follow his instructions, almost two years after he was hired.
I think 3 wins all season shows why he definitely isn’tI think the three draws show why he might be worth sticking with until the end of the season.
Today’s horror show cements why under no circumstances should he be our manager next season.
If TFG already have their next man lined up, I’d be happy to see Dyche punted tomorrow.

Why do we need a pragmatic manager, you`ve been listening to the media or playing FIFA far too much. To think players can not change the style they play is absurd, look at the transition from Moyes to Martinez, I think the newer players in this squad would flourish in a higher press and attacking set up.It’s not all about being a Dychette, so don’t answer for the entire fan base. My belief is that a new manager will come in the summer alongside a squad overhaul—we know a significant number are moving on. I’m happy to sacrifice the remainder of the season to stay up and get the next appointment right, alongside a group of players that suit a different style.
I worry that if we change now, we’d have to bring in another pragmatic manager like Moyes who can work with these players. Can you see Graham Potter working with this squad?
My concern is that he would struggle, and then we could be in bigger trouble.
Add in that the new owners haven’t yet got anyone with Premier League experience. I think they need time to form their plan and start getting the right people in the building.
I’m also loyal and tend to support whoever is in charge when I think they are doing their best. I have no control over who the manager is, that’s for the board.
If you disagree, fair enough and I respect your view. We all want the best for Everton.
I just think a summer change is better for the long term.
Not a good look, is it ?I see he's flinging the players under the bus now as well.
We're a relegation outfit and we have poor form. How many wins in that time?
Three wins all season is embarrassing. At our current trajectory, we’re likely to finish with 6 or 7 wins—probably enough to keep us up, provided none of the bottom three go on a strong run. Gotta be mindful not to do a Burnley 21/22, draw too many games and leave it too lateIt's our 3rd loss in 12 games.
That means nothing though.
Our first loss in a sequence of games we were supposed to get nothing from.

The attacking players we have aren’t good enough bar Ndiaye, no-one will get a tune out of them unless big investment is made. Their careers to date don’t suggest there’s much more to come from any of them. Why do we need a pragmatic manager, you`ve been listening to the media or playing FIFA far too much.
