Agree with new players - it goes without saying the squad isn’t good enough but Dyche should be doing better with what he has at his disposal. Any new manager coming in needs at least positions strengthened for the first team in January
It will be known in the history books as VD DayGenuinely can't wait to see the day he is sacked.

I think the squad is abysmal. But today was merely the latest proof that Dyche isn’t capable of building on any defensive platform he can create. Three excellent draws are three pillars of sand when he follows up with this abomination versus a side we beat twice last season.Agree with new players - it goes without saying the squad isn’t good enough but Dyche should be doing better with what he has at his disposal. Just on a professional level, its insulting to his old team mates. Unwise as if he meets everton fans in the future…That guys mentally unwell
Thought his comment about not knowing anything about January transfers was a bit strange...
Yeah totally agree. WorryingWeirdly I'm more jittery about relegation than last season.
Stasis is a killer. Between Dyche not really innovating and no real freshening up of the squad, it doesn't feel great.
12th without Dyche, 17th with him - at best. If we get unlucky he'll take us down.As I've said loads, I think at best and if lucky with injuries we're 12th. At worst, 17th.
I think the same is true with this squad no matter the manager.
I’m 90% confident he will go now before the end of the season - I think it’s just a matter of time nowI think the squad is abysmal. So, are the Friedkins going to risk buying players for a manager who a) might not play them and b) will not be here much longer?
I think he’s toast if he can’t beat Bournemouth.
#thankyougaffer'Everton registered just 132 shots on target and scored 31 goals in the Premier League in 2024, the fewest of any ever-present club in the league across this calendar year, whilst only Wolves (39.7) accumulated lower Expected goals (xG) than the Toffees (41.8) amongst those sides'
But the proof what a good manger can do is confirmed by Nuno. They've signed very few players since he joined i think, and still rely on Wood as a target whom some scoffed as a replacement for our prolific 9. I think our squad is easy top half, albeit with Tim,Garner and Mcneil available. As I've said loads, I think at best and if lucky with injuries we're 12th. At worst, 17th.

Life of a footballer a ,Has he?
He’s kept us in the league twice alone.
Don’t get me wrong, he’s properly crap. But nobody is really getting much else out of this group. Is it better the devil you know unless we can get some new players?
I’d much rather have Dyche than RVN for example. Hopefully TFG have a succession plan and some wiggle room to sign new players.
Biggest concern for me is you have a manager and half a team out of contract in May - if that was any of us knowing we’re out on our arse in the summer we’d be dialling it in. Not sure if Dyche lets that happen but unless the new fella can buy 4/5 of his own players it’s a big problem.
Someone would do very well to have this group 12th, look at who’s above us.12th without Dyche, 17th with him - at best. If we get unlucky he'll take us down.
