2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

Ooh, you started all sensible but then got all salty and pissy with your last sentence.

As for choosing what to believe, I'll always choose to believe the players on the pitch over a man who has won one away match in over a year. I'm sure Dyche hopes to spawn a set piece goal but he sets them up not to lose. If you can't see that then that's on you, I think. To paraphrase your foot stamping.
I’ve also noticed the despite said poster saying he is not ‘pro’ or ‘anti’ Dyche, he seems to call out the ‘anti’ Dyche posts far more than the ‘pro’ Dyche posts - in fact I don’t think I’ve seen one where he’s called out a ‘pro’ Dyche post which is frustrating as I’ve seen a lot more stats based evidence from people saying we could do better than Dyche from those who support him with the simple but basic assertion that the players are crap.

No they’re not the problem.

It’s Manchester United, they’re entitled to winning trophies. They won a game a couple of months ago, why can’t the manager reproduce that week in week out?

Sacksacksack
Oh, the club is obviously the fundamental issue - appalling mismanagement from vampiric owners and now Sir Jim’ll Fix It - and lashings of entitlement. Bad recruitment then follows, leading to situations where underachieving players are paid in excess of 350k a week.

These players are either has-beens (Casemiro, Erikson) or never-will-bes. The dysfunction of the club makes getting a consistent tune out of that rabble almost impossible - certainly in the short term.

We’re not too different in many ways, except we might now have already reached our rock bottom. I’m not sure United’s spiral has ended just yet.

I’m intrigued to see which “attacking” players will be enticed to the club in January because they really don’t like having the football and what they really want at this stage in their career is to know how to defend better. These players will be on the blower to Thelwell before their agents, they won’t be able to contain their excitement at the prospect of playing for a renowned coach who embraces such attacking flair and creativity.

Ah Sean Dyche, the well known bastion of honesty and truth. I like that we’re now taking everything he says as gospel btw, that’s up my street that game, I’m about to have a field day with it.
I was more pointing out the hypocrisy of the statement. Do we take everything Dyche says as gospel? No. But do we Coleman? Also no. So no point quoting one and saying it's evidence if you don't accept the other is there? All those rallying cries have always gone down so well on here haven't they.

You being famously level headed in this thread yeah? I can see that we set up not to lose. He is overly cautious, I haven't said otherwise. Again though, that isn't the same as not trying to win or attack. The whole point was in reply to someone saying we didn't try to attack in a game in which we had TWENTY SEVEN shots. We were rubbish, we didn't have good enough tactical plans to try to break them down, it was painful to watch. But not trying to attack and being conservative? Nah that's reductive rubbish.

The bobble has said Moyes not being considered at this time

If Moyes isn't being considered that would be that then with Moyes. But i'm not sure Boobie Bobble knows what TFG's plans are. Is he really that high up that he is TFG's confidant? However Moyes has also made comments suggesting he's not looking for a relegation fight so that rules us out! #thanksgaffer
