2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

Bizarre, but I actually think he would welcome a binning, and the subsequent payoff.

He has never once given the impression that he cares for our club.

Especially when he knows he won't be kept on after May.

Is Alan Nixon reliable? He claimed TFG were bringing in Ralf Rangnick before they first walked away and Dyche knew of it. So when they come back, he'll know the writing is on the wall.

Worse than that, is so will the players.

People say mentality mate but his mentality worked brilliantly for 2 seasons. Wheels come off this year but maybe if TFG didn't walk away first time around or we'd adequately strengthened and brought in what we needed then we'd have kicked on?

I understand the negative style, as painful as it is. Because, well...this;

Ok so having said the above, and us agreeing it’s not all on Dyche, at what point would you personally think, ok enough is enough - he’s under performing now and he has to go?

Loads blame Dyche, exclusively. Like just a few pages back;

My view is it's wrong, and we will struggle until recruitment is sorted.
Unfortunately our fans overhype our players and underhype other teams. They would prefer a poor foreign player than a solid Premier League one.

We need a fresh start for pre season, new manager, Dof, chief exec etc.

Genuine question but to the posters not advocating for the removal of Dyche, at what stage exactly will you think it’s time for him to go? Presumably people will answer when we are real risk of relegation (some of us think that’s now) but provide examples of specifics….e.g. 10 games to go, and in bottom 3 for example. Just interested.
For the Dyche cultists, it’s never time to go—it’s always ride or die. They double down, look ridiculous, and come out with the classic “you’re not complaining now” shouts after finally winning a game after a couple Months. Lately, they’re even pulling those shouts out after draws even though anyone actually serious came out of the Chelsea game gutted we didn't win it.

The only things I blame Dyche for are the terrible boring no plan B football, the throwing of players under the bus, the never taking personal responsibility unless after a good result, the criticism of fans for expecting more after 2 years in the job, the fact he thinks he is doing a good job. Other than that he's sound
