2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

I watched it. I was pleased Giulia mentioned that he'd been here 2 years but he managed to waffle through. So he still blames issues (like scoring) as a problem before he arrived. There's the media reality that doesn't give a toss about our malaise, there's the Dyche reality and then there's our reality. I should add that the Dyche reality is also the same from the club. There's just no urgency to actually want to go forward (as a club). It's just about self preservation. He finished by saying something like "I'm very happy".

200k a week makes people happy.

The not scoring thing really bugs me.

I can't get over how many have thought (and maybe still do) that the lack of goals is entirely on the players' inability to finish - and that is exclusively their problem (all of them), not the coaching team's.

Nar, Dyche has no supporters left.

The only people still defending him at this point just really enjoy arguing on the Internet.

There is nothing to defend at this point.
Before the Forest game, the people defending him were either those with a personal connection to him, (had a bevvy/ conversations with him), or people who don’t go to or watch the matches. Now, most of those defending him aren't anymore because there’s simply nothing to defend. Bournmouth should've been the turning point.

Yep. Just watched it myself and it's clear that the media are finally starting to catch on to the fact that he's rigid and seemingly unwilling to change things up. Giulia Bould in particular has stressed to point out the facts & figures over his time here and how bad they look.

Unsurprisingly, he continues to serve up the same old soundbites that ultimately boil down to 'we try, but it really isn't easy..'
