Just had a quick skim - I could only see one report, and it's from the worst speculative click bait merchant there is.

It's also wrong and relies on £30m Dewsbury-Hall to Chelsea not being included, when it will be.

I don't think Leicester will get a deduction of points this season.

I couldn't see how they'd escape it last time, but they did.

I've not looked at any/wouldn't be able to understand it - but you'd think the press/their fans would make ref to the likelihood of it.
