2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

Of course not. But the idea they mocked our style of play like it was an equal playing field to upset us is a bit silly.

Doesn't excuse it like but it is like a posh boy laughing at a pauper who's trying to survive.
So it wasn’t an equal playing field? It was 11v11, just because our club is or has been in a financial mess is nothing to do with Bournemouth.

Moyes can say whatever he wants, there is very little chance he turns down a chance to manage Everton again.

We don't even have to be in a relegation fight, we just need to win some games, this manager will not and can not do this on a consistent basis,

Moyes could, and would, and im not even a huge supporter of his.
He would get us a few home wins at the very least

I think that is probably it now for Sean Dyche. It is clear that whatever he is trying to do is not working and tbh it is hard to see what he is trying to do to win matches.
We kept Lampard on for at least a month too long and we can't make the same mistake again.

I expect Kevin Thelwell will play a big role in what happens next and it is a big test for him also.

Moyes is the obvious replacement (if he wants the job) until the summer and then regroup?
I would prefer Pochettino but that is impossible for all sorts of reasons.
Wafa and Super Frank got through most of the January window before being given the boot which was a huge mistake. Dyche had this summer where there were plenty of fresh faces brought in and he has brought us back to where we started with him. Have to let a new manager get in players of his choosing in this window or things will only stay as bad as they are now till the end of the season.

I've never wanted us to lose our next game until now - if he is still here on Thursday I hope Peterborough batter us. They are 19th in League 1 but if we beat them and get a couple of draws out of our next 3 league games he is here for the season and if he's here for this season then next season we'll be talking about losing to the likes of Wrexham and Wycombe in our beautiful new stadium.

That performance was a team lacking direction and confidence. Gueye got caught in midfield twice nearly resulting in goals. He puts Armstrong on and takes off Mangala. He didn’t play great but he’s composed on the ball. Doucoure looks like he’s trying to trap a squash ball. The difference in tactical play int terms of pressing controlling the ball and playing football. You would have thought we was a league 1 team trying to get to penalties in the FA Cup. We were playing Bournemouth. A decent team but let’s let that sink in.

Nah, I'd stick with Dyche over Moyes.

If these owners have anything about them - and we better pray they do - they'll have a proper manager to come in and start backing him now. Anything else is just "plucky old Everton" guff. If their plan for Everton has even a whiff of Moyes about it, we'd be as well off with Bill Kenwright in charge. He didn't even have money to bankrupt us. These guys do.

As soon as we were shorn of both McNeil and Garner there's a broken chain of play and we cant transition.

That's been at the heart of the poor form of late.

It's all very explainable and fixable...but people want the manager gone and no doubt eventually TFG will hand them his head.

We need to retain Dyche and he'll sort this.

can you go with dyche? you utter utter utter goon

you don’t support everton football club

it’s clear as day
