Dyche's tactics are prehistoric but we are so poor in possession, that any new manager would struggle with this squad.. The squad has been underfunded for years and needs an injection if at least 3/4 quality additions.
How many of our players would get into Villas team.? 3/4 Tops.?
It doesn't help that the likes of Garner and Tim are injured long term.
They could give us domething different, as does McNeil, who at least can give us the occasional breakaway goal.

Give Baines a chance for a wee while until we sort out a new proper manager.

I'd like to see Baines given a chance in the interim role, but I would also like to get a new manager in for the cup game to hopefully give them a decent starting point.

Go down to long lane in the morning ask the first fella you see taking to the kids teams before kick off .
right there and then you have an improvment.
Even if macca from the post office plays hard to get i am sure we can entice him to take it part time till the end of the season.

We look at Everton 'with good eyes' as the Spanish say - rosey-tinted - but it's a mess of a club until the team gets more investment.

Every week he'll come out and say tight defeat only to begrudgingly praise Pickford for another brilliant performance. It's so clear he has no answers to the problems we face in terms of attacking.

He doesn't seem to grasp the concept that a team set up to try to win a game will do so occasionally, as Ipswich did against Chelsea. A team set up to try to achieve a 0-0 draw might also succeed from time to time. The problem is that the second of those will only gain a third of the points of the first if successful and it takes 270 minutes of 'football' to gain as many points as sneaking a jammy 1-0 because they tried to.

Getting upset or saying it's our "lowest" point by getting mocked by Bournemouth (the original quote) should IMO be water off a ducks back.... because they're stating facts and spent more money.

It's not equal as the resources aren't equal. So they can sing their little songs. Just don't get upset by it.

Who is upset by it? Only you it seems. We have had plenty of resources and blown half a billion and your going on about Bournemouth because they have spent 100 million, they are allowed to compete as well you know.

The squad is poor but they won't show what they could do in possession with a manager that doesn't know how to coach that side of the game

Moyes would be a good choice because although the team is better than it's showing, it's still a limited team who will need to defend in tough games. We don't want a revolutionary manager this season at least.

Moyes is like Dyche but he would do better in the winnable home games which Dyche is awful at.

Apparently he was at City today watching them thrash West Ham…rumours abound but I’m sure he probably jus5 wanted to take a game in
