A managers job is to motivate his players, to make them believe they can compete and challenge every team they play. Coming out at the start of the season saying "We're crap" is the worst thing you can say, admiting defeat before a ball has been kicked. I think to be a top top manager you have to hate to lose. I dont think losing bothers Dyche one bit.

The PL website showed that after 19 games of last season, we had scored 24 last season, only 15 this with the same amount of goals conceded. Makes you wonder what’s gone on for the goal famine to have occurred when it wasn’t that great to begin with. Squad minus Onana is virtually the same. Somethings happened.
