Question of currently, historically and hopefully future.

The answer for the first is West Ham, the 2nd Everton and the third isn't to answer, but with the right decisions taken, Everton again.
History is a load of cack though, means nothing in the modern day.
Certainly has no relevance to a player or a manager choosing a club.
No player we are scouting was even alive when we were successful.

What exactly were the losses then?
We would t know until April unless the PL/vlub reveal another breach.

Everton's revenue to FYE 6/2023 was £172m and staff costs were £159m - the club lost £83m despite profit on player sales of £47m.

June 24 Revenue and staff costs won't dramatically change imo.

Hopefully fall off in player amortisation plus Iwobi/Godfrey/Dobbin sales keeps us under £105m rolling 3 year loss limit.
