If they were planning on doing it tomorrow and it’s leaked then they got big problems.

Personally I doubt it’s leaked, everything has been deathly silent, doesn’t add up that this can leak but nothing else of their plan does.
I think it’s either some sort of mad statement of intent / misguided effort to show the fans they mean business or more likely a conversation with him has bro if it forward what they were considering for the end of the season.

Can imagine the Texans asking him if he can guarantee us staying up, and not likening a pragmatic wishy washy answer, where they want to hear ‘yee-haw, you betcha I can!’
