Thoughts on reports suggesting Dyche had 'gave up'? Surely you don't keep a manager who doesn't wanna be here?

I just hope this wasn't Dyche rejecting TFG's proposal that he try and squeeze more water from the same stone.

Maybe he wanted to be sacked...made a few millions in the process, and could be with another pl club sooner than we expect...telling the owners that he took Everton as far as he could sounds to me like somebody that don't want to be here anymore and is looking for a good payout.

All about timing and being right at the right time rather than tweeting guess work that’s been going on for days

I support the decision and think it should have happened sooner.

But the timing seems bizarre just hours before a home game. I'm guessing Dyche did all the preparation? Did he pick the team?
