2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

Dyche said himself that there were things going on behind the scenes during his time with us which he wouldn’t discuss whilst he was still our Manager. I expect it all to come out now
I suspect some of this was more to do with the financial situation, and perhaps footballing issues with players in the squad.
Pickford and Stone having a barney in the dressing room.

Branthwaite apparently fuming with Dyche as well after Bournemouth.

Once all this was coming out his goose was cooked.
If you lose the support of your central first team players, including the captain, you're never going to get back on track.

I just heard one of the Echo’s reporters talking about Dyche saying he instigated it - he told the owners he had taken us as far as he can without being backed in the transfer window. Not sure if it’s true.

We've been a car crash since Mosh rode in.
TFG don't strike me as losers. They have done what we all know needed to be done.
This team has a few useful players but there are also some absolute shockers in there and without any changes we were going down.
I like Dyche as a man and am grateful for keeping us up in trying times - but his tactics this year have been appalling.
We need the players to know what they need to do to continue playing for us and if they don't they need shipping out without delay.
Pay them off and rebuild.
I;d probably accept Moyes is the best man for the job in the short term.
